Sophie Lefebvre created Strategies without Borders (SwB), a boutique consulting firm, in 2015 to provide business, product, and go-to-market services to individuals, startups, and small businesses. 

Sophie launched hundreds of  manufactured and tech consumer products across industries, channels, and geographies generating over $200M in incremental revenue. Driven, curious, and forward-thinking, she drives product initiatives and facilitates critical changes for her clients. Adept at communicating visions, establishing expectations, monitoring progress, and delivering results, Sophie is highly driven to complete what she starts, and she always has a plan. Motivated, she works hard to make a real difference by bringing collaborative energy and an end-user focus to everything she does.


Originally from France, Sophie came to the United States to finish her undergraduate degree and earned her BSBA and MBA from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Bilingual and bicultural, Sophie has lived in 7 states and 12 cities. An adventurer and solution seeker, she is most happy when rolling up her sleeves.
